Great sound and stays in place while I workout and perform tasks around the house.

I first purchased these through Indiegogo in June 2022. The sound was great compared to others I own. But they never worked properly, so I only used them to listen to music (they did send a fix, but I could never get it to work).
I purchased another set because I wanted to try them again. So far, the new ones work fine, and I am happy with them. They sound great and fit well.

Have been using this daily for nearly 2 years now. It's the best bone conducting headset I've tried. Best sound, best microphone for calls. I recently had a customer service issue, but was past the one year warranty. They told me my issue was a know bug that happens over time and they took care of it as though it was under warranty. I am very happy with the product and the customer service.

A terrific product and a noteworthy credible company. This company stands out from the majority of companies that promise much but deliver little. The Kaibo Flex headset produces excellent sound. I clearly hear voices, music and even sound effects with this unit despite having major hearing problems. Before this unit, I would listen to music or audio books by bluetooth to my expensive hearing aids. The hearing aids often irritate where they enter the ear and would at times fall out when removing my Covid protection mask. The Kaibo Flex unit is comfortable and effective.

Good base.i like it

This is my second headset. I misplaced my first one and missed it. I like the quality of the sound as well as all the other features. It was worth the money to buy another. I like the ability to hear what is going on around me while listening or gaming.
Ron L.
I will definitely up the rating when I receive a new headset to replace the one that was defective. The headset received only worked on the right side.

This is a Christmas gift. I have a set from your Kickstarter project, and my son-in-law was mentioning that he had a set of bone conduction headphones, which he loved. He is mostly deaf, like me, and your headphones rock for me. So, what is a good Dad supposed to do?
I will let you know what he has to say about them.
As for me, I could not be more happy that I backed your project, and I gladly use your headphones whenever I can
Robert H.
I like that these have the charging stand. The sound is good and the battery life excellently long. I have a few really high end bone conductions and these rate right up with them.

Nice sound

I use it now for laptop, PC, phone and tablet. Its light and comfortable. I use for music while biking and exercising, conference call and phone calls. It's nice to talk to someone in life without having to take my headset off.
I would say the only issues is having long hair getting stuck into the headset. I try to remember to put my hair in a pony-tail. I have 2 Kaibo Flex so one for work and one for personal use.
Liem H.
Happy with the product. Good sound for music and work calls, while still being able to hear surroundings. Love the dual BT technology, which can connect to multiple devices. Charger port is convenient for multiple charges when I'm on the go. Customer service was great when I needed to replace my first pair.

Their good but hurt the back of my ears

I use these headphones with my Galaxy S22+ phone and android tablet. When I am in the woods or at the Civil War Battlefield parks with my camera I can take pictures, listen to the park application guide, music, and most importantly I can hear my environment (safety). I watch all my streaming on the app and it sounds great.
Steve M.
I've used this 8 hrs/day for work for a couple of weeks. So far, I'm impressed. The sound quality is good and the charging station keeps me juiced up easily. Good quality product at a value price.
Bradley L.
Very comfortable, and since I wear my Kaibo when I walk, I can still be aware of my surroundings.
James H.
Awesome, works great, very comfortable.
Derek M.
sounds great and clearer than other headphones of the type
April J.
I love my KaiboFlex!! The sound is amazing, they are very comfortable and the battery life is fantastic. I have three different headphones and this is my go to.
W H.
It worked as advertised - pairing was simple and straight forward - sound quality is acceptable - comfort is acceptable. Big advantage is the open air concept. Downside was the size of print in the “manual” which made it challenging to read. But, overall, ok.

Wonderful
Steffen B.
It's the most comfortable headset I had until now.
Without having earplugs within the ear it's a nice feeling and the sound is very good.
Michael K.
All have to say is I purchased two more after the first two.
Russell D.
Warranty replacement is working as expected.
Michael K.
I originally only purchased 2. I loved listening to one and instantly knew my adult kide would love it. I ordered two more days before Christmas and was able to gift them on Christmas eve. You guys came through. I highly recommend them!!

Interesting experience but just some time one ear work one ear are not, they not very stabilized.
Kevin A.
Sound is decent, fit is good but could be tighter. Sometimes One of the ear will go off for a second then back on. Had the first product from Indigogo and it wasn't working properly but they sent a new one and it works great now. Good customer service
David A.
Sound quality is decent but they are not comfortable for any length of time beyond s half hour.. The charger is a clunky design that makes little sense.
Jacob G.
These are very good. I can wear them exercising & still be able to hear cars coming. I just wish they got a bit louder sometimes.
Ron N.
Great product. I use it with my online gaming. Mic and sound is great.
Jessa M.
the Kaibo Flex headphones were gifted to me last week, just in time for my trip to SE Asia! I trekked to a waterfall here in Thailand, did my work from my laptop, ANDDD adventured around town with no signal. i couldn't have done all that without these headphones, happy i had them as an adventure partner
Can you make them in pink next? Lol!
Venice M.
LOVE THEM! Sleek design and feel great on the ears. Can tune in to my music and busy NYC without sacrificing my safety!
Alice S.
My friend kept talking about bone conduction headphones and I'm in love with these ones! I saw them in a Facebook ad (was my phone listening to us??).. honestly wasn't sure of getting them as I have a hard time trusting ads but I saw that Kaibo Audio is Austin-founded and this fact sold me! I'm all for supporting up-and-coming brands, and they deserve all the hype!!! Thanks Kaibo! These were amazing on my Hawaii trip :)

Nice product from a good company.
Marcus P.
Customer service is not the greatest. Device seems pretty good.
GARY H.
The tech support has been great - the solution for me was to replace with a new one that had firmware updated. Very pleased with the responsiveness of the company.
DAVID Y.
the new version is working much smoother and easy to use good sound quality
Abdur Rehman S.
The qulaity is not good. Keep disconnecting
Daniel M.
I like it but the auto shut off sucks. Tapping it 5 time L/R doesn't work and downloading the new fix, have you seen the instructions..Im not a tech gurru. Other than that it sounds great.
Manuel L.

the vibration is much lower compared to the competition, I love that I can charge them without connecting directly to a cable, but with the charging dock, which I can take with me and fits practically anywhere, I can use them for hours and they do not bother me, the audio quality is good for the type of product, I can do exercise and listen to what is happening around me, the attention to the consumer is a very big plus since they provide a very good service, and quick response, I am very satisfied in general and with the headphones I recommend them!!
Takaya S.
The advantages are clear sound and a very convenient charging dock.
What impressed me the most was the support.
I am impressed by your efforts to provide better products.
Joe S.
Simplest headphones to pair with my Mac and iPad Pro. They are so light and comfortable and no wires to get in the way while I work or get up to stretch. The charging unit also takes so little space on an already crowded desk so that was another plus. Thank you for such a great device.
Kenneth J.
I find Kaibo Flex excellent for sound and ease of use. I would recommend this to any one who wants to know what's happening around them while jogging or just walking and still being able to listen to your music or cell phone call.

Nearly useless. I ordered 2, thinking my wife would like one as well. Neither one works well. When they connect and have sound, the sound is great. But as I run, the music starts and stops every few seconds, they disconnect, they power off at times, and then, every once in a while, they will play for 10 minutes before starting the starting and stopping again. I thought maybe it was the bouncing from running, but it does the same thing (though not as often) sitting at my desk. The same thing happens whether I connect to my iPhone, iPad, or Macbook. I found the buttons to be difficult to use reliably and only starts the music again for a few seconds before it shuts off again. I'd like to like them; they are comfortable but the lack of continuous play makes them worthless. I was hoping I was hitting the wrong buttons but powering on differently, disconnecting and reconnecting, and different button combos don't seem to help. Please fix this so I can use them. I'd really like to .

So happy to use ...
Use it every day.

They sound great but the left side touch controls no longer work after minimal use. Fairly dissappinted.

Kaibo flex is not my first set of bone conductive headphones. And when I first put them on I was impressed with the sound quality. But then it started to let me down. Both speakers are individually paired using Bluetooth and after a while they start losing synchronization, creating a weird echo effect. Restarting the headphones work, and they say it will be fixed, but it’s annoying. The second issue as I see it is that if you do something like chewing, the contact points to my skull bone moves and creates dips in volume and loss of dynamic range. The third downside to me is the charging system. The idea with the battery bank is great, but it limits you in that you have to carry the dock, and possibly a cable, to make sure you have enough juice for your headphones. The last issue I have is that after 3-4 hours I start to get sore around my ears due to pressure. My other headphones don’t do that even if I wear them a whole day.
Overall these will be my backup headphones for some situations but it is not my first choice.

I love the headphones-they comfortable and light, yet seem to challenge bone conduction headphone's reputation of having poor sound quality, as theirs is great. The base is decent for the rock music that I listen to. One gripe I have is the sound leakage, but if you are buying BCH's, that is something you have to expect and except. The touch pads a quick and responsive, and though the smart play/pause is nice, it is not that much less work than double tapping the touch pad. They fit nicely with a bike helmet and/or sunglasses, and they do keep your ears open. They also stay on when I do handstands which is nice. If you had them on with music, you can't really hear well enough to hold a conversation, but you can most certainly hear a car behind you or a lawnmower besides while on a bike ride. The multi-point paring is quick and easy, and the battery life is great. One thing I love is the wireless charging dock. I love it because you can use it to top the headphones off on the go, or as a stylish way to charge/store them at home. Having them on the charging dock is a lot better looking that just plugging them in to a wall, and it also looks nicer not having loose headphones on your desk. All in all, I love these things and I think they are a bang for your buck. I would definitely choose them over a $179 pair of Shokz OpenRun Pros.

It so easy to setup with my iPhone use and fits nice around my ears, good sound and with docking to recharge, keeps it in a tidy place.

Hardware design is great - solid etc. Sound - as for that type of conductive devices - also good. But SOFTWARE is terrible. Random pauses, disconnection from phone, working with PC is almost impossible, strange beeps in random places etc. Please - FIX IT.
Erin M.
Really wanted to love these but ultimately they are super disappointing. I was an early backer on indiegogo because I wear headphones all day at work but still need to communicate with coworkers effectively. These headphones hurt my ears, regardless of whether I have my glasses and/or a mask on. They also rapidly switch between paused and playing with even the slightest move of my head or even a slight glasses adjustment, due to the headphones "sensing" that I am taking them on and off. Additionally they completely kill my cell phone battery. I do like the long battery life of the headphones themselves, however after about 9 hours of use, they disconnect from my phone and then say they're reconnected a second later but they are not. I have to power them off and back on again to get them to work after that. This is not a battery dying issue either. Possibly related to this is that sometimes only one side will turn on/off when I use the touch control on just one, and sometimes they both do. Waste of money for me.

Writing from Belize and I have to say at first I had my doubts about the music quality but after using it my mind was quickly changed, awesome audio and very responsive, plus the call quality is very clear. I love the idea of an open ear headphones, so I had to try this out.
Awesome product, I'm glade I backed them on kickstarter, my package arrived safe and just in time for by birthday.

This is a great bone conducting headphone.
The sound quality is really very good.
The charging station can be charged wirelessly on any Q-compatible charging station.
It is capable to BlueTooth switch seamlessly between different BlueTooth devices, e.g. your computer and your mobile device, without having to do more than pause on one device and then start on the other device.
Comparing this to and been using for more than a year e.g. the AfterShokz Aeropex and AfterShokz OpenMove (which are of course also good).
All in all highly recommended and a really good buy.

I bought my Kaibo Flex out of curiosity for bone conduction headsets. I'm blown away by the sound quality! I have been using it for cycling and walking in the neighborhood where the sound scape and situational awareness is important to me.
It's also become my go to headset for watching shows on our streaming device when the family has gone to bed. Very impressed so far with the great sound, quality of the headset, and battery duration.

Currently the wearable detection is too sensitive making the sound cut out when you move your head to the side. Wait until they fix that before purchasing.
Trayce M.
I've been using these for about 6 hours so far, which definitely isn't very long, but long enough to leave an impression especially when it comes to audio. They are uncomfortable and the bone conduction gimmick doesn't seem to achieve much. They're very quiet, and can still be heard from across a quiet room, so it seems like they just put some standard audio drivers on, but positioned them against bones. Maybe it's just my hair getting in the way though. The headphones are honestly kind of painful to get used to, in a literal sense. I have enjoyed them though, it's a welcome change to the isolating feeling if standard earbuds. Overall I think these headphones aren't worth the price, but if you need something different They're great to try.
Rob C.
I like that I can use them at work and have the stereo experience throughout the work day instead of just having a single headphone in one ear all day. Definitely not for use in louder areas.
April J.
These are my new favorite headphones. They are easy to use, very comfortable, and the sound is awesome.
April J.
My new favorite headphones!! The fit is secure but comfortable, and the sound is amazing. They are my go to when using headphones. I absolutely love them!!
Toni C.
The sound pretty great. Comfortable. I have never liked earbuds so these are a great option. I was looking for something I could easily listen to my music but at the same time hear the my surroundings. I am a wood worker so these are great in the shop! The only downside I have with these is if you wear glasses or safety goggles, everytime you move your head the automatic pause would activiate like I removed them. I do see however that they are working to fix this problem, so right now I put a sticker over the sensor like they suggested and that works. When they come out with an update for that fix then they will be some of the best I've worn.
Richard C.
Really loving my Kaibo Flex! The audio quality is excellent, and it stays secure when I'm out and about. In ear buds drive me nuts, so I find these much more comfortable - and you can carry on a conversation without having to remove them. Now my wife and kids are asking for their own. More testing ahead, but so far I'm impressed.
